📅 Հուլիսի 27-ից օգոստոսի 1-ը Վայոց ձորի Սիրանույշ ճամբարում իրականացավ հայ-շվեյցարական երիտասարդական փոխանակման ծրագիրը, որը կազմակերպվել էր «Համայնքային զարգացում» ՀԿ-ի և շվեյցարական «Youth Exchanges without Borders» կազմակերպության համատեղ ջանքերով։ Ծրագիրը միավորվել էր 20 երիտասարդների Հայաստանից և Շվեյցարիայից մեկ ընդհանուր գաղափարի շուրջ՝ սովորել միմյանցից, ճանաչել տարբեր մշակույթներ, կիսվել գաղափարներով ու ձևավորել բաց ու վստահության վրա հիմնված երկխոսություն։
📌Այս տարվա առանցքային թեման գլոբալիզացիան էր։ Սեմինարների և քննարկումների միջոցով մասնակիցները համատեղ վերլուծեցին գլոբալիզացիայի ազդեցությունը համայնքային կյանքի, մշակութային ինքնության, արժեքային համակարգերի և մարդկային հարաբերությունների վրա։
⛰ Տեսական քննարկումներին զուգահեռ իրականացվեցին ճանաչողական այցեր և արշավներ։ Երիտասարդները բացահայտեցին Վայոց ձորի մշակութային ու պատմական հուշարձանները՝ այցելելով Նորավանք, Արենիի քարանձավ, Զորաց եկեղեցի, ինչպես նաև ծանոթացան Աղասաֆի փորձագիտական այգու գործունեությանը գլոբալիզացիայի համատեքստում։ Ծրագրի եզրափակիչ օրը անցկացվեց Երևանում, որի շրջանակում մասնակիցներն այցելեցին նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն, ինչպես նաև՝ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր և Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան։
✅Հայ-շվեյցարական երիտասարդական ճամբարը յուրօրինակ հարթակ է նոր գաղափարների և մշակույթների միաձուլման համար։ Ծրագրի ավարտին մասնակիցները միմյանցից բաժանվեցին կրկին հանդիպելու ակնկալիքով։
«Համայնքային զարգացում» ՀԿ-ն վստահ է, որ նման նախաձեռնությունները երկարաժամկետ ազդեցություն ունեն թե՛ անհատների, թե՛ համայնքների վրա։
📅 From July 27 to August 1, the Siranuysh Camp in Armenia’s Vayots Dzor region hosted the Swiss-Armenian youth exchange program, organized through the joint efforts of Community Development NGO and the Swiss organization Youth Exchanges without Borders. This project brought together 20 young people from Armenia and Switzerland around a common purpose: to learn from one another, explore different cultures, exchange ideas, and build a dialogue grounded in openness, trust, and mutual respect.
📌The theme of this year’s program was globalization. Through seminars, interactive workshops, and group discussions, participants collaboratively analyzed the effects of globalization on community life, cultural identity, value systems, and human relationships.
⛰ Alongside the theoretical component, the program included hiking and cultural excursions. Participants explored significant historical and cultural landmarks of Vayots Dzor, including Noravank Monastery, the Areni-1 Cave, and Zorats Church, and were introduced to sustainable agricultural practices at the demonstration orchard of the Community Development NGO’in terms of globalization.
The final day of the program was held in Yerevan, where the participants visited a center for innovative technologies and paid a meaningful visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial and Museum at Tsitsernakaberd.
✅The Swiss-Armenian youth exchange camp served as a dynamic platform for the blending of ideas and cultures. As the program came to a close, participants were enriched not only with new knowledge but also with meaningful memories.
Community Development NGO strongly believes that projects like this have a long-lasting impact, both on individuals and on communities, by fostering intercultural understanding, active participation, and youth engagement in the development of inclusive, resilient societies.

Thanks to Armenia’s highly educated workforce and strong focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, this visit showed how global partnerships create local impact and how theory and practice are deeply connected today.

Visit to Tsitsernakaberd – the genocide of 1915 is one of the most defining and tragic events in Armenian history.

Touchdown – the Swiss delegation has safely returned to Zurich Airport.
The cool 🥶, rainy 🌧 weather is a sharp contrast to the 42 °C 🥵☀️we experienced just last week in Armenia 🇦🇲.

This museum is dedicated to the namesake of our project “AZNAVOUR 25”. Charles Aznavour served as the Armenian 🇦🇲Ambassador to Switzerland 🇨🇭 and stands as a symbol of the strong connection between Switzerland and Armenia.

We were able to organize a briefing on the EUMA (European Union 🇪🇺Mission in Armenia🇦🇲) at short notice and received first-hand information about the EUMA's mission and current activities.

The preparations for the Swiss evening are complete.

The session on the challenges of globalization is currently in progress, as planned and scheduled

Today’s field study took us on a scenic hike to the historic Zorats Church. Despite the summer heat, our participants showed great motivation and team spirit.
Everyone stayed in a cheerful mood from start to finish. It’s wonderful to see how shared experiences in nature bring the group even closer together. 👣☀️⛰️

While we were busy with our field study at Zorats Church, our logistics team made sure everything ran smoothly. With the help of a legendary Lada Niva, they brought food and drinks directly to the site – a much-appreciated contribution that kept spirits high despite the summer heat. 🚙☀️
